The color one uses to paint their rooms can change the whole interior design and even affect the owner’s state of mind. But choosing the right color maybe difficult, although there are colors one can use, to create the impression of space in their room. Such colors are also referred to as receding colors, which are usually cold colors.

If one has a small room which one wants to appear spacious, then colors like green, violet and blue may be ideal. The furniture in the room will also determine whether a room appears spacious or not.

In instances where one wants to choose a color that will make their kitchens or halls look more spacious, then light green is the color to opt for. It makes the place look lively and inviting. But color is not the only consideration when decorating a room. Take time evaluating the type of paint used. Odorless colors are a great and durable too.
